Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return up to 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Customized items are not eligible for returns.

US and Canada: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@sciencecollective.com. If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon reception and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund for the item(s) returned. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

International: We do not support free international returns. However, you may return items at your own cost using your local postal services. To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@sciencecollective.com and ship the items to the following address:

Upon reception and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the items returned. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer exchanges. The best way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for a new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make things right. 

Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be fully processed and for the refund to be issued. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it, issue the refund, and send you a refund confirmation email. After we've processed the refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

USA customers: Refunds for sweatshirts, pins, keychains, and card holder sets may be partial, as these items are subject to import tariffs that are non-recoverable.

Returns submitted without prior authorization or outside of our 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
