How can I update my shipping address?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us at info@sciencecollective.com. We can update your shipping address, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Unfortunately, once it's on its way, we're no longer able to update your shipping address.

How can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@sciencecollective.com as soon as possible. We'll be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Unfortunately, once it's on its way, we're no longer able to modify or cancel your order.

How can I track my order?

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges at the moment. However, you can return your item and place a new order for the item you want.
