Shipping Policy
Order Handling & Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However, processing may take up to one week during peak times. Custom items may take longer.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please email us at info@sciencecollective.com before placing your order, and we'll let you know if we can accomodate your request.
Shipping and Delivery Times
We partner with Stallion Express to offer a variety of shipping options, which can be selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided by the courier based on your shipping address. These estimates are not guaranteed, and shipping delays may occur. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by our delivery partners.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress. If your order has not arrived one week past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@sciencecollective.com, and we will assist you.
In some cases, the courier may leave your package at a designated pickup point. Customers are responsible for collecting their package within the time frame specified by the courier. If you’re unsure where your package is being held, please contact us at info@sciencecollective.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers).
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@sciencecollective.com. We can update your address only if your order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot update the address, reroute the package, or issue a refund or replacement.
Custom Fees, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse. If you're ordering from outside Canada, here's what you can expect in terms of duties and taxes:
United States
For US orders, all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected at checkout so you won’t face any unexpected charges when your order is delivered.
European Union
- VAT is collected at checkout for your convenience.
- For orders under €150, no additional duties will be charged upon delivery.
- For orders over €150, import taxes, duties, and administrative fees may apply and must be paid to the shipping broker before delivery.
Other Countries
Customers outside of Canada, the U.S., and the EU are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their local regulations. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
