Step-by-Step Guide
Request a return label
Send an email at info@sciencecollective.com to request a prepaid return shipping label.
Print your label
Once you’ve received your prepaid return label, simply download and print it.
Bag it up
Package your goods in the original packaging if possible, or in an alternative box or polymailer.
Drop it off
If you're in the USA or Canada, drop off your order at any USPS or Canada Post location, respectively.

Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that original shipping fees, customs fees, and duties are non-refundable, as we are unable to recover those costs.
USA customers: Refunds for sweatshirts, pins, keychains, and card holder sets may be partial, as these items are subject to import tariffs that cannot be recovered when returning them to Canada.
Returns submitted without prior authorization or outside of our 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
When will I receive my refund for my returned items?
Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be fully processed and for the refund to be issued. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it, issue the refund, and send you a refund confirmation email. After we've processed the refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer free exchanges. The easiest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order.
